We don’t. Every ConnectOn client is assigned a Primary Engineer and Account Executive who’s responsibility it is to know you, and your network inside out. When we show up, we get right to work.

Are you paying for recurring visits for the same issues?

Our clients don’t. We get to the root cause of your IT issues. Our engineers are exceedingly skilled in solving your most complex network issues. We solve problems completely, we don’t band-aid them.

History & Mission

As sons of an IBM executive who brought home one of the first personal computers in the Tampa Bay area, brothers Arnie and David Bellini quickly recognized the massive value that microcomputers could deliver to businesses of all sizes. The brothers decided to launch their own technology consulting business and by the end of 1982, they were selling and installing PCs and networks, maintaining those networks, teaching businesses how to use the equipment, and providing consulting services to businesses eager to leverage the duo’s IT expertise. This led to the creation of ConnectOn, one the first Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in the United States.

40 years later, we are an elite, experienced, and exceedingly proficient team proud to be trusted by some of the world’s leading organizations as their Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP).
